One of the most exciting things of working in CBD was going to office , with a hot cup of coffee and mingling with colleagues.
I miss that. I wonder why my boss said can WFH forever

I have worked with Max before. He is one of the most generous and charismatic partner I have ever met. The reason for double or triple booking is to allow associates and seniors to have more learning opportunities and they should be grateful for that.
We also provide many opportunities for A1 and A2 to perform senior tasks. They should thank us instead of whining like a strawberry. Other firm A1 want to do FS , consol and solo one engagement also no chance to do.

So obvious you are not SM and baiting for responses lol.

I felt those who stayed back in big 4 is partially because of team spirit , everyone working late together in office with dinner , supper, gossip sessions together. Now, I dont see that in the younger generation, office is empty even though the rest of the building people have started coming back. I do not think it is a good move to allow work from home indefinitely. It will really result in higher attrition rate due to lack of loyalty, bonding and team spirit due to which juniors feel unsupported & as if they are left to drown. This was not the case previously .

Why don't you ask them for lunch?
Previously, can bitch to batchmates about bad seniors and managers. Do the juniors speak to their own batchmates outside their engagement nowadays?

OT didn’t use to feel like OT, more like hanging out late with friends.

honestly every company has the same issue, not only big 4.
there are other ways to achieve team spirit besides OTing at client place in Changi / Tuas until 10pm everyday
