Do the big 4 in Singapore, specifically pwc, offer pension plan for partners? Read that big 4 in the us offer pension equivalent to the average of highest 2 years earning. This means partners will get 300-400k per annum when they retire

I'm sure they don't need pension if they can last until partners. So the question of whether there is a pension anot is not important at all

This must be big 4 HR. Heard that a lot seniors and associates left before peak and they cannot seem to recruit replacement. Now spreading propaganda? The question is not whether pension exist, the question is how many made it to partners. Underrated your head. I will say 90%+ wouldnt made it. How is it underrated?

Is this a new ranking? I don't have a lot of deloitte friends, but PwC is usually considered the preferred Big4?
Or Deloitte clientele is a lot better nowadays?
