any big 4 revising salaries / increasing in light of the great resignation?

Impossible. Big 4 have a constant supply of workers from unis and mid tier firms. With borders reopening, Malaysians can be hired as well. Big 4 won't revised salary just because of a few resignation. Resignation tide happens every year, the partners are already used to it.

Malaysian degree holders will gladly accept SGD $2k per month if you don't want it.

Last 1-2 years resignation tide is way bigger than what I have seen before.
Entire depts and senior mgmt also leaving.

Serve them right for relying heavily on foreign manpower and exploiting fresh grads

Hi, if i have local uni accounting degree, with 5 years of non-relevant work experience. Is it possible to request for say 3.5k starting pay or quite impossible? I am more of a technical/numbers person - so what are some roles that I can explore in big 4 other than audit and tax?
