i do see quite a number of SIT and SUSS peeps joining audit, those smarter ones would go advisory in big 4

Sutd is a tech and design uni leh. Why would any of them be in audit or tax lol. But yeah SUSS formerly SIM would probably be gunning for b4 since their unprestigious degree would lock them out of better jobs

So don’t have SUTD graduates in B4?

Acting all pitiful as if they are overworked and stretched, but to be frank all managers know they they have been wayanging. They don't say anything but just laugh at their bad acting skills and incompetencey. eg, pretending to OT, pretending to come office to work, pretending to be stress.

I didn't even persuade them to stay because they look like they'd cry

But heres the shocker, it has been one month after promotion, yet they havent resign.
Whats up with the NTU graduates these days? Acting all high and mighty with their resignation on the line Ha ha ha.

i'm from yellow :)

I hate these people who are so indecisive. Want to resign then resign lah.

This is the problem. Audit industry in SG still stuck in the 90s thanks to the boomer partners. Yellow is very slow in adopting automation and digitalization. They only started automation and digital audit in 2020 then the partner think it is a very big thing. Audit industry is still a sweatshop and starting pay still stuck in 2000s civil service starting pay. Like that how to attract local grads?

never ending cycle

how to rollout and teach ppl to use automation data analytics when audit staff already so overloaded?

all link back to high staff turnover

Attracting local grads isn’t a KPI to begin with?

Cause they are still finding jobs? For those that want to resign without jobs, they will resign after the year end block leave. Why tender now when it is off peak?

Post again when the peak start. Please don’t beg your managers for staff.
