Yes. It’s like going to a restaurant, telling them their food sucks the decoration is awful and the menu is too expensive. Then insisting they change all that to cater to you and your friends and cry that if they don’t change then none of your friends will eat there.

The simpler solution is just don’t join lo, if you are so unhappy with them.

It’s an open market out there.

Nobody said this is the best place, nobody said this is a big deal, nobody say you must join them.

There are pros and cons, and very valid concerns have been raised. Every individual should evaluate on a balance of these factors whether a career in B4 is what you are looking for, and judge if you are suitable for the role.

There are opportunities to learn, to grow, and to mature everywhere. If you want learn more, check in with your seniors.
