gonna take awhile for us to recover. salary increment is part of the retention now.

Audit is a relatively low skilled job with long hours, there is only so much you can pay a local to do it instead of quitting before it stops making economical sense.

Yeah thanks, I should have specified SaT (restructuring).

A2 5k flat is what I'm hearing.

If that's true it's a fair bit better than the other big 4.
