new joiners don't get pay increment. you need to stay for a year first then they will revise accordingly. increment and base pay is two different matters.

Anyone knows the current situation at yellow? Are they very understaffed? I'm thinking of joining their real estate assurance in particular.
And how do the other Big 4s compare tho?
