If you are Malaysian, get experience in big 4, get PR then hop to commercial MNC. Don't be a fool to become SM in big 4. No point. Commercial has better prospects in the long run wuth much more opportunities. Start as Senior Accountant then work your way up to Finance Manager then CFO. Commercial companies are also more receptive to hiring Malaysians. Like for me I trash any Singaporean CV, I hire only Malaysians. Others are doing the same and hopefully you will too when you reach hiring manager position.

Hello. You still living in 1990s ah? RTS going to be up end 2026. Malaysian will live in JB and take RTS to work in SG. Why need to rent from you? We can go back to our landed property with ample land while you get coop up in your small condo or HDB pigeon hole. Lol.

Enjoy it while it last coz you will be the first to be cut. Malaysian easily can get PR and PR do not count as foreigner and does not need to meet any quota. Your days are numbered pal. I'm sure lots your malaysian colleagues are busy sabo-ing you while you are away, so don't worry. You will be doing foodpanda/grabfood very soon.
