I can tell you if Accounting wasn't an AAA course to begin with, we wouldn't be remotely interested or even be talking about it.

For smaller co, directors will need to sign off rep letter which usually presented these too.

With the shortage of auditors, audit partners are scare of audit staff resigned and clients are scare of audit staff resigned.
