Any increment would mean fewer headcounts, less bonus, work done by outsourced staff. That means have fun reviewing shoddy work from people who are even more unmotivated than entitled CCC kids and tanking everything yourself.

Foreigner quota will be reserved for managers and above so forget having more seniors. Associates have to act like seniors just like EY hahaha.

Actually if there is a good talent strategy from top investment banking, top insurance firms and top consulting firms

I think alot of auditors will change career

From porter 5forces perspective, it is disadvantageous to be in audit

Can be replaced anyday by a hardworking ACCA charterholder holder across the crossway anytime asking for 1/2 the salary

How’s the quality of the seniors these days?

By now the last remaining AAA batches should already be managers.

The working level should be mainly the BCC BBC batches.

most companies don't have KPI on accounting accuracy. the two companies i audited that did, had literally no ajes.

some are older, didn't go straight to audit or took semester off during student days so graduated later. those seniors are fine but they're already a minority. the rest... really cmi. ironically the foreigners from KL are better.
