Bonuses are permanently below 2 months now. Raise salaries but reduce bonus, end up pay didn’t increase over the past few years anyway

Problem is even with the highly favourable exchange rate, the younger generation is very very against OT culture.. its all about work life balance, work from home, and you cannot even reach them online when they are at home. not sure if they are even working.
few years ago its obviously worthwhile to work 50% longer hours for 2x the effective pay.
