Do you honestly think our government will let these careers vanish? and the whole world be replaced and be jobless? only students worry about this kind of things and end up studying AI, 3 years later everyone has an AI related degree and market is oversatuated so many of them will be jobless LOL

you can't prescribe non-OTC meds without doctor's prescription. Just because you talk to your doctor virtually doesn't mean it's AI wtf you're actually hopeless... holy crap.

As an audit manager, I always feel anxious during this time of the year, fearing that my senior auditors may resign, which could jeopardize my career.

I'm scare that their departure could create gaps in expertise and manpower, leading to missed deadlines, compromised audit quality, and potential negative repercussions on my career.

Too bad. Audit quality is already compromised from the point you all let a senior < 5 years lead the fieldwork of a listed company. When the top trivialize fieldwork experience and resources, don't expect the bottom to take fieldwork seriously.

Anyway, don't worry. They can always get people from Malaysia if locals don't do it.

I jumped out as S1, was offered a 30% increment plus a title drop (senior to analyst) . recently got another offer which gives me a 40% jump (this is after my 2 years in commercial with 20% adjustment - promoted once) same batch friends trying to jump out now, she was offered mostly at her current big 4 salary / 5-10% increase, what's worse is most FP&A job will take those from FP&A or accounting advisory functions. Auditors are not competitive in the Finance BP / FP&A fields cos of the lack of knowledge in Tableau/Power BI/ management reportings
if u want jump, jump asap. dont think the jump as mgr get 40% bump works anymore

The 5-10% increment is based on current s2 or s3 pay?
