Got S1 and S2. I really don't want to in-charge of engagements. I still very new.

Rather than coordinating, more likely it’s just an opportune time to leave after bonus and before next year peak where they won’t have time to look for jobs.
*Waiting for the crazy dude to flame me about resigning from big 4*

Oh, I see. So it's not that my seniors are coordinating their resignations, but rather everyone was thinking along the same lines. Yeah, it makes sense now. No wonder. I initially thought they were planning to resign together. Thanks.

I think you don’t have to worry. They will factor in the resignation of the seniors when it comes to hiring. If I’m not wrong, they have a gauge of how many seniors resigned and they will mass send out the offer letters. Lol

So you mean they will hire new seniors from mid-tier firm?

What is wrong with associates these days, stressing over things that have not yet happened?
To that audit associate freaking out about seniors resigning, you should probably focus on proving you can handle the engagement instead of worrying about future problems. Maybe then you can convince your seniors not to resign!

In yellow, if your senior resigns and you (A2) are asked to lead but cannot perform, you high chance won’t be promoted.
