Lol the compensation doesn't differ much across the Big 4 , you can switch to mid-tier firm.

In terms of welfare, Blue is the best, with CA increments and an average 2 month bonus

You can just add 500-600 per lvl . Abt there.

SM should start at 9

My audit manager wants to run away from the problems faced. He say cannot longer stay in audit line.

Same as my associates and seniors.

Nobody wants to fix the long term problems when their tenure in the firm is only another 3 years.

Oh different from my time (2019) when most of my friends didn’t manage to get ca with most of them dropping out after failing first two papers.

Anyway 5 years later, doesn’t seem like any of us really needed it.

But I suppose in future, if they really make this into a very powerful and prestigious thing, some of my friends may regret not having it. We take it then also not too late

Many of my A2 who just become S1 also struggling
