For audit associates who have joined recently
Usually i tell them to recognise a future liability for health problems according to FRS32 and buffer some investments in anticipation

My suggestion :
Those who stay inside audit 5 years or more can start recognising contingent income from insurance payout for illnesses
Brother here got about 5 illnesses linked to stress

What to do? The head of DT a&a is an out of touch pennypincher tat insists on all to be in office or client's 5 days a week.. His townhall also left many demoralised. Per my source, LBT was also the one who pushed for delaying all promotions until September, even though the FY ended in May. It's funny how EY have moved promotions forward to July from their usual September, while DT moves in the opposite direction.

Comparison is the thief of joy.
Blue. Green. Orange. Yellow. Long ago, the four nations lived together in harmony. Then everything changed when the Blue Nation announced a 20% increment for Qualified Personnel.
