I'm not sure how a high performer was assessed. In my department, quite a few Senior 1s received an average but each led a listed job. One of them handled a listed company with over 30 subsidiaries, with just one associate and successfully closed the engagement. Is it fair to say they're underperforming?

If they successfully managed tight deadlines with limited resources and earned their CA this year, I believe they should know their worth

Just submit homework is not enough. We the best aim for the best. Thats y some made M some dont. Sry to say. In most case is diff calibre. But For some is by know who.
