im in orange. turnover was low in 2023 and beginning 2024, but now its starting to pick up and lots of seniors resigning rn. Cause they dont want to go thru this peak hahahah.
im also hoping i can secure a job soon and resign. Had a few interviews the past weeks

It’s just a few months mah, Just put your body on autopilot mode and before you know it, it will be over.
Even NS 2 years, Uni 4 years - also blink blink a bit over already lol.

wtv gaslighting crap you are still spewing to justify that people should all slave for you because of 'job requirement' and 'personal growth'
tldr, value offered is mismatched with effort required, hence people quit. there is nothing more to that. i would rather grow somewhere else where the pay commensurate with the effort. and dinosaurs like you still wonder why hiring at ur big4 is abysmal even when the batch quality has dropped to pure **** with the IGP at some crap like BBC/C. even these shitty quality grads shun you guys and you still refuse to admit that the whole modus operandi of the sector is problematic

last time alot johor msians try to work in big 4 KL first so dont need retain 1 year when come to SG.
Cause big 4 think KL quality same as SG.
However, JB or KL still thrash quality should just drop 2 ranks.
