my performance is not so bad until get PIP hahaha. But i feel like maybe managers just prefer other S2, instead of me, like they're better. (I have abit social anxiety and im kinda awkward. But still can talk to other ppl, just that others are more charismatic)
i've been applying for jobs since beginning of this year... I only got few interviews and this is the only company that say they wanna offer me a job....
If this falls thru, then IDK how long isit gonna take for me to find another job T.T
somemore if i have to stay for Dec2024 peak, i won't have much time for job applications/interviews. haizzzzzzz i scared my plan to leave will be delayed

i ask dyyy, i just get the standard answer- no engagements currently need me. Just do trainings first

Talk to your coach/counsellor straight so they can assist you. If this won’t work, then see if can assist on the previous job that you were booked on

Since its off-peak rn, there are lots of S1/A2/A1 unassigned, but most other S2 are assigned.
Just feel weird cause last week one of the partners asked me 'why are u so free rn?' and i oso dont know how to answer wtf. Its not like i ask to be unassign?????
I see other S2 are assigned and when their booking end, then immediately they get a new one.
Seems like managers are waiting for them to be free, then immediately snap them up while nobody wan me T.T
Also, I REALLY wanna quit asap cause I feel scared that once I become a S3, I no portfolio... Cause currently, I bounce around diff jobs and no portfolio, while some S1/S2 seems like got portfolio already and ready to progress become AM in those jobs.
Anyway, 3 weeks ago another company already offer me a job and said they are currently preparing offer letter. Is it normal that they take 3 weeks to prepare offer letter? I get more and more sad the more I wait T.T

Which firm? How the hell is a S2 unassigned, not even for firefighting? That never happens in B4 audit.
