Q: Big4 - Yearly salary increment

is any other big 4 making auditors take over IT audit work???

As highlighted in the recent communication on “Transforming IT audit delivery for the future” issued by our Singapore Assurance Leader on 5 August 2024, financial auditors will take on complete ownership for the IT audit of engagements with non-complex IT environment. This change will be implemented incrementally over the next three years.

So isit the IT auditors are gonna be retrenched soon? no more jobs for them?

have to do S&S for it audit, ITGC and app controls, basically all testing for IT audit. Both preparer and reviewer will b from audit team.

Im thinking of asking management for approval for morning PT with 1 loop across MBS

After the PT training, we will do a Haka war cry at ORQ to boost morale before starting work

whats the transition or adjustment like going from big 4 to mid tier like BDO ?
is it easy to use their systems or hows the difference in workload or clients ?
