Good morning, auditors.
I’m the Finance Manager here, and over my time with this company, I’ve had to change audit firms three times. Every year, the audit firm cites a shortage of staff as a reason for delays in our audit. How can we address this issue effectively this year?
Can any auditors, please advise.

3) Lack of staff, managers have to do fieldwork themselves. Not sustainable. Quit.

2 years of time can complete another full time professional qualification
So you are looking at a forfeited salary increase

Guys, please advice if i should wear my NS no.4 uniform to work during SAF day next year.
I heard from MINDEF that i will be highly adored if i do so.
There are big offers as well, like being able to buy OCK kalipok at $2.2 instead of $2.5 which makes me feel highly appreciated
I am a full Lieutenant (NSman) SAF, with many superiors in organisational hierachy who never do NS
Do you think they will laugh at me?

Highly rated M2s and M3s may be offered secondment opportunities - but these are just normal grooming / career development paths without Partnership in mind. Although they may become relevant considerations in your latter years.
