One can be experienced Hire who already have the CA ( through previous scheme, 5 day course/ ACCA )

Because nowadays the fresh grad is getting higher and the gap to s1 is minimal and does not have to lead the job for fresh grad so the difference as compared to last time is lower

If gov or authority accept acca to be on par with CA sg. U all better run fast if u are young.

I’m not OP but I don’t think a $400 to $500 justify the difference in expectation between A2 and S1.

A2 is just take instructions, can go home 6pm.
S1 is must die die get the work done, must lead the job, must clear manager. Very stressful in comparison. You have to take responsibility for your A2 mistakes also.
