Let's not take a dump on them either. It's honest work and a good place for training before branching out for other opportunities. I do sincerely hope they get their starting pay bumped to at least $3.5k tho. $3k is really abysmal.

Aiyo, that's not what i meant la hahaha. I just hope that the partners can be less greedy and pay people who pull long hours and do most of the leg work a higher salary.
