Blue's S2 pay before revision is $5.8k. Orange also offers an SCAQ completion bonus of $10k, paid out over 2 years. So if Orange's revised S2 pay is $5.6k and you factor in the bonus, maybe can get around $6k.

The pay has increased too fast,

Few years back when i was M1, it was about 6.2 +_
