It’s not impossible… it’s exactly why the S1 not happy get $400 more than A2 but need to stress over delivery whereas A2 can be robots take instructions go home early

They are not trying to retain or attract local seniors. The pay raise is mainly for local associates to join the firm. At the senior level, they can attract foreign talent. A few pages ago, they mentioned yellow is trying to recruit from across the border.

So not worth to be Senior already since the gap between associate and Senior is just $400-$500.. By the time the associates become senior, say a year later, it’s not worth to stay any longer

Really not worth sia..
But the thing is people want to get progression, promotion, they will prefer 4.9k over 4.5k
Nobody will ask to be demoted or refuse the promotion
More realistic to take the promotion and hop outside..
