Depends on workload/team culture i guess
But last time, i was working til midnight/1am every night... So sometimes I tired and leave around 8pm-10pm, which is considered 'early' since others are still there... So maybe it looks like Im not a team player cause I ownself leave early.....
But its cause last time I earning A2 salary which is quite low so I did not feel motivated. Nowadays Im more motivated cause Im earning S2 salary and so I feel more responsible. But seems like my reputation is already ruined T.T and managers don't want me anymore

It also depends on your team. In the past, if the senior didn’t leave, the associates couldn’t leave either. I’m not sure about now. So, if the senior works overtime until 11 pm, associates usually have to follow.

lol those were the good times.
Now manager on site, staff will just say “I’m leaving” pick up their bags and go.
The manager also stunned and speechless

Once you have family they cant anyhow liao
1. “Boss why you no give me increment? Like that my family how?”
2. “Boss dont fire me if not me no have income to sustain family”
3. “Boss i need salary increment, wife giving birth soon”
4. “Boss i need salary increment, need to get house”
5. “Boss sorry for mistake, baby cry and distracted me”
6. “Boss sorry i need leave on time as childcare center close very soon”
