Yea, u can do the pulse survey to feedback to management. Most of us are just waiting for the Sep bonus…. quite amazed that some people can last until managers. The pain of tanking and going through cycles and cycles of peak.

No la we charge by hour rate. 5min for 500 is those zhuo bo lan mgr only interested in siaming responsibility.

Only Tax and Consulting charge by time. So yes, you call them 15mins, they will entertain you, but will send you invoice… (assuming already got master agreement, else won’t entertain you)

Audit typically charge fixed fee.

I am audit manager

Everyday I feel the firm, partner, client, junior will jeopardize my career path due to their problems.

How to cover this feeling?

Are auditors now very rare and precious nowadays?

If true, isn't our audit fees as expensive as diamond and fees will keep spiraling?

There is no way the audit fees will be stabilized in coming years.

So appraisal is finished this year. Spare 20k bonus invest or buy new rolex?
