These numbers are how many donkey years of experience?

There are dinosaur SMS and directors that are like in the firm for 15+ years

First year consulting director is 15k? Really?

Director even higher, closer to 20k. 15k is more SM.

Nah. Director for consulting starts around 15-16k. SM more like 10-11k. Unless they hentak kaki then perhaps.

That's definitely not true for a stronger Big 4 Consulting firm. Maybe true for a weaker Big 4.

For reference, Big 4 competes with Accenture and their M is around 10-11k and SM around 15k.

I have friends in both EY and PwC. This is inaccurate. Managers in B4 consulting starts around 8k and SM around 10-11k. ACN outstrips most of B4 (esp for tech consulting). It is competing with the likes of MBB (its digital arms and its consulting practice for ACN strategy).

Acn salaries too high, shouldnt even be used to compare with big4 salaries. Acn manager already 11k. Senior manager 15k+. Before MD there is also another level for people who dont really want to hit sales. Should take acn out of the comparison. Big4 should just compare among themselves
