Friday 8pm considered very late alr lo. My senior say Friday no ot, 6pm let us all pang gang that liao

Grow up. You mean if i give an example you will believe me? Let me give you an example now then. A senior who left the firm before peak to siam her shitty listed client engagement and joined back in May just in time for round table and got promoted together with her batch mates. Yellow firm, CP team. And she was doing nothing for that few months, so there are no commercial experience whatsoever to value add.

Man, yellow's timeline sounds whack. Blue's roundtable is Apr and peak is Jan-Apr so it's impossible to promote if you left to siam. Guess there's the benefit of having delayed bonuses and roundtables.

Bro, this kind of shortcut, sooner or later will catch up with you one. Maybe can bluff your way up a bit, but if really no substance, how to sustain? People not stupid, they will see through one.

Maybe 2-3 years ago when firms panicked and anyhow gave double promo and hired any dog cow monkey...... but in the end nearly all of them got PIP and left anyway. Don't give the lazy kids here any false hope that they can skip peak and still get yearly promo. You can be total crap and still get promo but you need to show face during peak regardless.
