Of course duh. Senior is now the lowest form in b4. Nowadays when associates dk how to resolve their wp, they straight away issue review notes to senior ask senior go settle themselves. Now senior not only need to clear EP and EM review notes, also need to clear review notes associated chut for seniors. If seniors ask them go settle themselves, associates will go complain to managers that the seniors are stressing them out, and is heavily affecting their mental health. Then what happen? Managers come after seniors and ask why never guide, why so harsh to these tofu babies. Then seniors cannot resolve own work and seek help from managers. What do managers do? “You are already a senior. Pls go figure out yourself and don’t pester me, you dirty piece of sheet”
Good lo, now is driving seniors to the grave.

Now is transition stage, associate is Gen Z gonna 6pm go home 3 days work from home, not happy take MX, you on your own.
I don’t want to generalise but the average newbie is really not as smart, not as capable, and worse not as hardworking as my batch 2 years ago.
Senior is still late Millennials who got some work ethnic.
Managers are from a previous batch quite smart but no time to teach us cause stretched too thin. And big bosses are from a completely insane mindset generation.

You think they will stay? If they do, will they get promoted? All think they are temporarily embarrassed IBD or faang-ers too good for audit only.
