I think got hope leh.
Look at the M/SMs level, is still overwhelming majority locals in my dept. But they are from a previous work-until-you-die-also-must-finish generation
Don't think foreigners will stay so long, or at least the ratio should remain in 5 years time. With a majority of M/SMs being Gen Z locals, should see some change.
Although doesn't affect me, I not around already.
