2 reasons.
1) Associates dare to ask seniors but seniors don’t dare to ask managers.
2) I left 4 years ago, and would be a manager if I didn’t. Of course curious to know how much I would have earned if I didn’t leave so as to convince myself I made the right choice.

ah yes the $3 mrt fare and the occasional grab is totally material. u know we charge per km per team member x2 x highest fuel price + buffer every day?
your ope probably sky high because partner splurge on some stupid **** like his group omakase dinner lol
