It has been this way all along. Work super hard to climb corporate ladder.

You have 1 window of opportunity when you just graduate and are young in your twenties.

Once you reach thirties, itís super challenging to put up with the hours and commitment level.

Nowadays itís not appealing because 1) Gen Z prefers work-life and 2) even for those who are willing to grind, there are way better options.

Pls all just leave big4.
Let's just gather together and quit for 3 months.
They will panic and increase pay and focus on work life balance.

Just imagine all associates and senior leave.
They will go underwater in 3 months because all clients will not receive the reports.

This will be exciting!

This is not possible as ppl in big 4 will throw you under the bus if anything goes wrong

I think if all SG quit, they sure cant handle 5 engagements per JHK. Quality sure go down.
Make it to the news that a lot of staff quit and question their audit integrity.
Lastly, SG quit, the quota cannot be met also...

It already happened before already.
