Total Cash (2pax) 459360
Total OA (2pax) 259992

Monthly Income 17200
Max Monthly Payment (55%) 9460
Max Loan (25 Years, 4% Interest) $1,792,220

Maximum House Value $2,511,572

Guy 31, Girl 29 assuming same batch by M3 can buy a 2.5m house assuming they save 50% every month. Bonus is excluded from calc to cover tax and other expense. If you jump out of Big4, pay bump again to 10k+ even more comfy.

But ofc, this is assuming u dont have other special expenses/loans. We are talking about a couple with no other obligations just working towards buying as house.

A bit too aggressive. To be more prudent, the combine couple's basic income to afford a 2.5M condo should be 25OK.

You get increment from you move from A1 to A2

For some reason, people expect double increment in that they want a higher A2 pay than last year A2

I am A2.

Just 2 complains from me:

1) Inflation is a thing. Current year A2 should be paid more than previous batches of A2 else we are technically earning LESS.

2) A1s come to me like I’m in charge and blame me for company policies. Hello? My father not the boss of the company. Please find the managers instead.

your colleague blame you got what to do with you? just ignore them, why take it so personally

unfortunately inflation pay raise is not a thing in singapore especially audit where the talent strategy is just HIRE MORE CHEAP MALAYSIANS. literally the f&b of white collar jobs
