Exactly 4k in my case.
Not bad for less than 8 months of working experience.
And there is a 20% promotion raise if make it to SA1.

I don’t get why those sm that have been working in big4 for >20years so haolian and always like to talk ppl down. They dun feel siasuay meh. Ppl 10+years of experience alr made it to partner. Meanwhile after 20years they still hentak kaki at sm level

Distribution is based on how much business they bring in, and the margins of their projects.
