Concur, although u won’t get 9k as a manager nor 12k as a snr manager. Should be around 8k and 10k respectively

As of last year Orange A1 3.5k without bonus. Blue A1 3.6k with bonus.

Unfortunately, you would not qualify for the upcoming october since you recently just signed the offer and the pay package should have already factored potential increment.

The 8 and 10 should be for audit/assurance no? Tech consulting
