Pls, you can just go to the top JCs like Raffles and HCI and ask any random top scoring A Level student how many seriously wanna study accounting and join Big 4. They will laugh in your face. These guys are going to Harvard, MIT, Oxbridge, LSE on PSC scholarships or to study medicine law or PPE and hopefully land jobs in strat consulting or IB or FAANG. Some high level jobs requiring higher order thinking.

Audit is really a path for the third rate or fourth rate students and grads, same calibre as the jhks from tonkotsu ramen uni

So true. Study so hard in ealier years to join audit. Waste the slot in top jcs etc.

Kam got mention provision so? It is not that hard to audit provisions as compared to other more complex areas like accounting estimates. The point is the intern trying to act big like auditing provisions is a big fk

Go see accounting estimates and judgement in notes to fs got provision anot. What u toking. Say provisuon is ez. Now say accounting estimates is complex. Provision involve estimates leh. Hais, u same as jhk leh the standard.
