Hello,
received an offer from orange firm doing cyber pay is 4k but 9 months contract role then they say will consider switching to perm. Is this normal? A little worried about the contract part. They say not to worry cos it's like a probation period but idk if after 9 months then after that kena kick out cos they do not have enough headcount

If you don't have other offers, just take it. Get on the job and keep recruiting for full time roles. Even if there is no headcount after 9 month, your chances of getting a full time role elsewhere is higher with this job experience.

Go for it! And FYI, probation period is 6 months. Otherwise, just take it for work experience.
