Target bonus varied depends on Dept / Function / Team
Minimally is 1.5 month is target bonus. In general is 1.5-2.0 months of target bonus for non-FO

The multiplier of the target bonus during good time can reach 1.50
During bad time (covid) can reach as low as 0.75
In general around 1.15 - 1.35

Increment for non promotion can be as bad as Zero for multiple years.
Generally is 3-4%
Increment for promotion of grade/band is 15%-25%

Appreciate the insight! Are you familiar with how the multiplier has been over the past 3-4 years? Considering SCB did post pretty decent profits for FY2022.

Do you happen to know who SC uses for background checking?

Just passed all interviews with SC and next steps is BC.

My current employer used Sterling Risq and it was such a a horrible experience dealing with them. Their consultants didn't check things properly and has shocking communication. I was left hanging for weeks not knowing what was going on. It was so bad that if SC uses them I might enough even bother going ahead with the role.

Just joined the bank with M23 but my base is below 17k. Does that mean next year my base have a chance to bump to at least 17k?
