Does anyone know the breakdown of salaries in IBM. Is it true that IBM does not pay bonuses?

Not true, bonus is project based, so it depends which project you will be working on. Btw, they pay AWS for sure.

Wrong, for MC and below they don't pay bonuses. They have not done so since 2021 when they changed leadership for their Redhat integration dept.

Fast forward to dec 2022, they cut salaries by 5-10% along with a AWS freeze across 60% of it's employees right after they decided to rebrand some of their older depts which made 0 sense.

Should I just get the hell out of there ASAP? I see that their promotion rate is quite fast, from associate consultant to managing consultant it only takes 5 years. Their managing consultant salary is 144k from Glassdoor.

If you got a better offer, sure, otherwise no.

Also glassdoor salaries have never been accurate, ever. Even if you go to it's ".sg" domain site, most of their salaries are skewed by American entries, they don't segregate them which is really stupid.

Can you stop bullsh*ting, I am working in IBM right now, and I got AWS for 2022! I don't get it why people say things they have idea about.
