Japan company in SG but 70% indians. Only singaporean HR. Go figure

I a senior engineer. Whats wrong with hiring same race for easy communication? Please be more racial harmony

They created such a big hiring campaign just to low-ball fresh grads LOL. I made it to the last round. The senior management that I interviewed with is an shib* korean-jap guy. Cannot even speak proper english. Wasted my time as he already got someone in mind and just go through motion with me and advertising what crap the company does.

Following the IMDA guideline of “we tried" to hire locals but pick foreign talents from inda becauae cheaper

Yeah, you can just say yes, they won't relocate anyway lol visa in Japan is tideous as fk. Last time I work for Mitsubishi in sg and waited 16 months for my visa in Japan lol

Friend working there said they hiring less. Why pay so much for sinkie, including cpf when can just outsource from other branch?

Big companies like FAANG, SAP, IBM, Rakuten, Siemens all outsource software engineers. Every HR knows this and the hiring process is just a motion.

Sinkie only left with NCS, STE, Synapxe. Shopee & grab already overhired
