4K salary from my range of 4-6K. They literally chose the lowest possible.

I am in a telegram group of those that went. 70% of people there got the offer. Others say they messed up explanations.

But seriously, it was 2 leetcode easy whiteboard. If you failed this, you probably need more practice .

Many of us plan to reject it since its a traineeship role and not exactly pays well. Just leaving it till the last day to secure better offers

Is the offer the same for everyone who received it? Also did anyone receive a rejection email? I did go for both rounds that day but have yet to receive anything.

Range seems to be 3800-4500 from what i seen.

If get offer you will get response by 31 July.

The hr like cmi a. Ppl in the group saying hr tell them "no second interview. It was a mistake in instruction given." Can lie so professionally to candidates.

Yeah what a fking joke lmao they offered me 4.5k and that was after I told them I have an offer from Citibank's analyst role that's 5.2k...

Why the hell would I take the lower offer. Rakuten is also a pretty garbage Asian company, the only one worth joining is their VIKI division, they pay 6k for juniors, the rest is sub-par garbage.

Maybe becos many of us that got the offer rejected it since its below market rate. Did your mail come recently?

There is like a 1 week duration to accept. So likely those that got offer letter early just reject and the queue pushed down to you

Manager wasnt around on Sunday. You guys didnt ask hr why only 1 round or just assume failed?
