Difference is that local universities will always trump distance learning programs like simge courses in all matters, whatever the situation is.
Distance learning students got to accept this reality.

Did you check your spelling?
Yes at entry level only. Your career path does not stop at your degree.

Mark Zuckerberg and Bill Gates dropped out of university and is doing better than all the NUS losers out there. All my friends from SIM are earning way more than NUS graduates and have multiple NUS students reporting to them. This shows SIM is superior to NUS at all levels.

I’m a degree holder from local uni
And it seems to be true when I head back to reservist
Many of my private uni friends had a lower starting pay as they went into sales jobs
But now, couple of years down the road, they’re doing very, very well lol
Buying cars & condos below age of 30

Hi SIM graduate pretending to be from local uni. It's nice to create lies to make yourself feel better. But you need to wakeup.

At entry level yes. But at entry level, it also affects your career path.
Some jobs can be automatically locked out if you're a SIMGE student.
Go do insurance better lah.
Spellcheck that **** lor.

Locked out of jobs that are high paying and high stress level.
Many local uni graduates also do insurance.
Career path is dependent on many factors and not just your entry level job.
I know of 2 local uni grads first honours at consulting and civil service but felt stuck at where they are after 3 to 5 yrs
Both unhappy but not willing to make changes due to various reasons.

I’m serious bro
They start off 1-1.2k below us for first job (because they usually take a sales job with Low fixed + % Comm) but later on our yearly increment is lower than their sales job because they have built up a following base
Unless we get promoted, their yearly is indeed high for those years we are on increment without promotion

You can do the same job as them. The point is SIM kids can’t get the jobs which local U can, but local U can definitely get any job that SIM can.
