Many factors are involved when it comes to promotion or joining a top company. Have you worked in a top company before?
I am lucky to join one even though I was from Sim uol. Management positions are not given due to your qualifications. Dont be too fixated on difficulty in getting good roles if your qualification is not prestigious.

Ya. Even Fch uol gets 3.5k. Nus fch will get 4k. These second tier students from uol will never be on par with local grads.

All UOL SIM graduates should do well to remember this - you guys are the worst of the lot.
Because there isn't any type of QC before accepting students into SIMGE.
Not just UOL of course.
Trust me, I've met my share of UOL people and none of them are capable to engage in intelligent conversation.
It also scares me that GE is so accepting of such low quality students in the first place, adding to the glut of uni students in Singapore.
The reason why degrees are seen as diluted in Singapore is because of distance learning degrees conferred here. Government should close all PEIs down. We need our blue collar workers as well!

Wrong. All SIMGE grads' A levels and Poly results are worse than those who managed to get into Local Us.

At a level and poly we already help you tank the bell curve, now you still want us to tank low starting pay, despite the hardwork we put in to get fch
