Think UOL SIM FCH is like equivalent to Local Uni Third Class Honours/2nd Lower so pay significantly lower. Due to the lower quality of students, easier for you all to get FCH

In a degree program that is so easy to score, FCH doesn't mean ****.

Find a private coy who truly doesn’t discriminate!

Yes join a company who does not discriminate. Been in private sector all along and my company is known to be one of the best employers in the world.

Doesnt bellcurve works both ways? If a cohort as a whole doesnt do as well, ppl that may not do as well/ not deserving of a FCH will get FCH due to bellcurve.

Top Private companies may not discriminate on pay but they discriminate differently. A lot of them prefer to take in candidates from prestigious overseas Us for the competitive positions, as well as promotion of talent into management positions.
So at the end of the day.. do you prefer to have a lower pay? or no job at all?
