Erm I don’t think the “with NS” plays a big role except in public sector right?

Not sure why u want to compare to RMIT, since most UOL think they are superior to us right? But since u interested, RMIT here secured Big 4 Audit in 2nd last sem at 3.2k

Why tho? PFC in a local bank btr, 3k base salary + commission. No barriers to entry. Even RMIT student also can do

Was wondering if I can find any fellow SIM bus captain here? I graduate UOL 3 years ago with FCH and joined SMRT last year :)

3.4k is damn low for an Australian (I assume) mining company, but still way better than the average SIM grad lah

Just chipping in as uol grad. Dont be disheartened by the lower starting pay. As long as you work hard after getting in.

2900- contract local bank 2017
3400 converted to perm at same bank 2017 end
3660 first Year increment 2019
3940 promo 2021
6400 changed job to foreign bank this year

What are you doing at the bank? 6400 pay is perm or contract role?

SIM-RMIT here

SGUP-Traineeship at commodities, trade support/operations @ 2.5k for 9 months

Found new job in the last 2 months, starting in the new year Jan 2022.
Hedge Fund Operations 3.5k w/ bonus (unsure how many months)

Wasn't easy finding this role. Role was supposed to be for a more senior position (Associate) but I applied anyway. Employers liked me I suppose but I didn't go in without prep and knowledge of industry. Lucky to have a mentor-like friend who showed me the ropes.
