Yes. I concur, they either offer better starting pay or progression. I joined a semicon mnc, started salary was abit lower at $4.3k. Got to $10k after 3 years. From UOL business and management as well.

I graduated from SIM UOL and am struggling to find a job. Few offers I received are only 2k in salary. Any advice?
