Yeah it's very competitive. Their selection process is very stringent, so you need to be prepared for case study. Like during case study they will ask like if customer want fries with no salt, how would you react?

Case study? Reminds me of the countless times I destroyed all the local uni hopefuls for intern/grad positions.

A first class UOL degree does not guarantee FO at any Big 4 / top tier fast food firm, let alone McDonald's... competition is getting more and more fierce now.

How about back office (kitchen operations) role, heard that the work is interesting as there is rotation during the grad program. For KFC they allow you to rotate between fryer, assembly, cleaning etc.
