Dream on. Employers like myself assess candidates holistically.
Education / Uni is never the be all & end all.

hearsay pte uni grads = poly dip

Can't deny the fact that some pte uni grads come from well connected families, and can tap on such resources to get them into high paying jobs, or they might know someone who are willing to give them a chance, etc etc the possibilities are limitless. However, having said that such cases of high salaries for fresh grads be it pte or local uni are rare.

Why are you so mad about one's achievements?
To pte uni grads, don't worry about the lurkers/wannabes here. 99.99% of them are probably frustrated with themselves & probably won't have the balls to say these things irl, esp when you "beat" them in interviews/FT conversion (speaking from my personal Exp)
Just block out the noise, secure internships, do competitions & ccas and you'll be fine!

No one that is doing well wants to be associated / have the time to do PEI GES.
People who have problems finding FT work / are frustrated usually form the sample size.
Obv the majority of UOL grads cant compete with local uni, but a good 10-20% pick themselves up and are on par with the avg local uni grad.

just share your monthly (since you are already willing to share your offer letter - although unable to for various reasons) and it could lend more clarity.

What are you talking about dude? I'm talking basic. Most FO in banks pay fresh grads that amount. I reckon you guys have no idea an FO intern makes the analyst full pay too, which is around 10k per month. 115k is my basic salary. You might want to Google check on sales and trading salary.... Even the intern pay scale is openly declared.

Don't expect them to know about this. Most of your UOL friends lurks in the operations world in finance. Thinking that they have succeeded LOL

lurk*
Might not be a good idea to talk about success when you are making basic grammatical errors in your brief sentences.
Are all local uni grads who lurk forums of such quality?
No wonder my friends and I managed to pwn so many of them in intern/job interviews lmao.
