Just do it. The only one stopping you from exposing your own ******** is, unfortunately, you.

Jiayou my fellow private uni comrades! You’d be surprised by how some of the local uni students perform during AC, they can’t speak or structure their thoughts for nuts
Don’t be bogged down by forum lurkers. Instead, reach out to alumni on LinkedIn, you can find plenty of them in banks (even BB), consulting houses, big tech etc.

I am a private uni grad, that's why I said that
Different course different composition maybe

Just use logic:
the number of fresh graduates graduating each year.
the number of jobs that pay 100k p.a. for fresh graduates.
From the above you will know if it is true that majority of the fresh graduates are highly paid.

115k includes bonus? includes employer CPF contributions? what else is included to possibly inflate to 115k for fresh FO?
just share your monthly (since you are already willing to share your offer letter - although unable to for various reasons) and it could lend more clarity.
