yup, im part of their C++ dev team, we work closely with their 3D sim team building application systems for military usage.

got a few people work here 3-4 years, pay increment is 0-2%.

but i dunno la maybe TS team is better? every company got good team and bad team.

For SWE no matter where you go it highly depends on the team, across the board there is hybrid work arrangement in the company but I am one of the lucky few who get to WFH all the way.

ST and NCS same same in terms of culture, take the offer with higher paying total compensation(pretty sure its NCS), ask if there is 13th month bonus and whats the average performance bonus. Currently NCS no 13th month bonus so you have to factor that into the calculation for TC.

u sure about that? which team?

can just tell me the first 3 letters if u dont mind? they had a company wide mandatory 3 day in office back in june 2022 for everyone, i wanna know why ur team so special, i also want WFH and i mentioned that i think other team have WFH but he said "u sure? find me proof first"

please help... would appreciate.

I'm with the company for 5 years already. Managers ask me what I specialized in, and I always tell them I wash toilet 1. Act blur lives longer. There are 6-8 managers for every 1 SWE. It's retarded, technical managers don't even know ****.

so many managers meh. Then you report to so many lol. But yeah some managers only manager ranks due to their "long service" there.

People tell you other teams no WFH you kum gong believe? People tell you your salary is competitive you believe?

Anyway I work at client side thats why different policy, that is all I will say to prevent doxxing.
